With 30 full professors, 63 adjunct lecturers and 45 staff members, the Department of Electrical Engineering, Medical Engineering and Computer Science at Hochschule Offenburg is a competence center in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, renewable-energy systems, mechatronics, medical engineering and computer science, offering an accordingly wide range of study options.

The Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Medical Technology and Computer Science (EMI) sees itself as a competence centre for the fields of electrical engineering, renewable energy systems, mechatronics, medical technology and computer science.
