The Faculty of Philology is the largest faculty of the Ruhr-Universität Bochum with its ten institutes and seminars: almost 7000 students are enrolled in the current semester.
We would like to give you an initial overview of various areas of the Faculty of Philology. The menu item "Institutes" refers directly to the scientific institutions of the faculty; Under the item "Examination Office" there is the central contact point for all questions concerning the study and examination organization; the "internship office" acts as an interface between study and practice, the "research" section allows an insight into the diverse research activities at the faculty.
