As part of the bachelor's degree, there is the possibility of a semester or year abroad. The institute and the university's international office offer a wide range of information and advice when planning a stay abroad.

Two modules (6 ECTS per module) should be completed from the compulsory elective modules in media and communication practice. In addition, a mandatory internship (full-time, 10 CP) of 8 weeks must be completed at a company or institution in the field of media and communication.
