As a media technician, the focus of your professional activity lies in the conception, development and use of systems for recording, transmission and presentation of media as well as media interaction.

Fields of application are e.g. the design of media, the conception and implementation of media transmission systems, the user-centered design of multimodal human-machine interfaces, media advice and media management, as well as studio technology for voice, audio, image and video production.

Graduates of the bachelor's degree include Qualified to work in the following industries: media production, media distribution, telecommunications, interface design, interface evaluation, game industry, media industry, media consulting, e-learning and social media.

Another professional opportunity is founding your own company in the areas described. During your studies there are many suggestions, and last but not least, Berlin is home to the currently most lively start-up scene in Europe. In addition, you are qualified to start a postgraduate master's degree.
