Responsibilities

Investment advisors advise customers by telephone, electronically and in person about investments for retirement provision, wealth creation and protection and put together tailor-made portfolios. First, they clarify the investment goals, financial circumstances and risk appetite of the customers and develop appropriate investment strategies. They explain the various forms of investment, point out their advantages and disadvantages and conclude contracts. In order to be able to provide interested parties with competent advice, investment advisors follow developments on the money and capital markets and keep themselves up to date on the range of financial products available. They document consultations and agreements and handle correspondence with customers.
