The Faculty of Medicine and the University Hospital are closely linked with one another. As the only maximum care hospital in the region of Lower Franconia, University Hospital Würzburg not only offers its patients top-level medical services but also contributes towards the development of novel diagnostics techniques and methods of treatment through its internationally acclaimed research.
