The advanced degree course in marketing and sales deepens the knowledge acquired in the basic degree course and, if applicable, during employment. Students usually specialize in one subject area, e.g. international marketing. There are also master's degree courses that cover a broad spectrum of the subject of marketing and sales.

The course leads to a second university degree that qualifies them for a career.

Marketing and sales can also be studied as part of dual degree courses, distance learning courses and part-time courses.
