The production of agricultural raw materials, the processing of raw materials for food and energy production, and ensuring high product quality are all important tasks for the future. Production technology requires constant adjustment due to the growth of the agricultural industry under the pressure of competition. The increasing requirements relating to the conservation of natural resources must also be taken into consideration in agricultural engineering. This is not just a challenge for the agrotechnical industry: technological developments are also changing the farmers’ field of activity, and intensive consultation is required.
