The bachelor's degree in business administration is geared to the requirements of the economy. In small study groups, students acquire broad, scientifically sound knowledge of business administration and, at the same time, learn an application-oriented, practical use of commercial methods. As part of the generalist training, the students are u. a. initially with the basics of business administration, economics, law and business mathematics and statistics. In addition, they gain special knowledge in the areas of marketing, information management, taxation / auditing, human resources, finance, materials and production management, corporate governance and accounting / annual financial statement analysis / controlling. The practice phase integrated in the course prepares students for professional practice as well as the teaching of social and foreign language skills. In the last two semesters, students can specialize in subject matter from an extensive catalog of compulsory elective modules according to their individual inclinations, in order to prepare themselves as best as possible for later entry into the profession.
