The B.Sc. Business psychology trains psychologists specifically for the economic context. He teaches professional skills in the field of personnel selection, personnel and organizational development and the necessary communicative, methodological and project-related skills. These are acquired through teaching formats such as project-related individual and group work, case studies from practice, etc. The neighboring subjects allow students to acquire additional vocational skills (eg employment law, business administration, production management, quality management, etc.).
