The Bachelor Plus cultural policy in international comparison (B.A.) allows students of the degree program in cultural studies and aesthetic practice (B.A.) to pursue a focused and expanded course of study with a view to cultural and political issues in a national and international context. The standard period of study for the study variant is 8 semesters instead of 6 semesters. Students of the study variant spend the 5th and 6th semester in France, Morocco, South Africa, Lithuania or in Turkey.
In addition, students in the curriculum in Hildesheim take seminars with international cultural-political relevance, attend a colloquium for technical and intercultural preparation and follow-up for the partner country phase and devote themselves to a cultural-political subject in their bachelor's thesis. At the same time, they deepen their foreign language skills. The main artistic and minor subjects remain.
