The Master’s degree in Psychology (M.Sc.) has been offered at the University of Bamberg since the 2010/11 winter semester. In Bamberg, depending on their interests and professional goals, master’s students can specialize in the following areas: "Clinical Sciences", "Cognition, Education and Development" and "Personnel and Organizational Psychology". The degree is a general Master of Science in Psychology. This means that with this degree all professional fields of psychology are open, including training as a psychological psychotherapist.
