The aim of the consecutive Master’s Social Work is to prepare professional practice in managerial functions of social work by conveying scientific content and methods with interdisciplinary references and a practical orientation.

The Master in Social Work is application-oriented, but also keeps the perspective of research open. In the course of study, students should acquire the ability to deepen or expand their social work skills through a broad, detailed and critical understanding of the latest knowledge, in order to better identify problems, needs and wishes of the addressees of social work and the best possible help to be able to provide.
