Visual Computing is a special field of application-oriented computer science that is becoming increasingly important in today's society. It includes all areas in which images are digitally generated, analyzed, modified and processed. In addition to the fundamentals of mathematics and computer science, the students receive in-depth knowledge in the areas of computer graphics, computer vision, artificial intelligence and the subject of human-machine interaction. The professors maintain intensive practical contacts so that the students in their bachelor thesis can work on current practical issues at the end of their studies.
