For the further expansion of our offices in Stuttgart and Schwerin, we are looking for a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Lean Manager (Lean Thinking / Lean Startup Manager) or a Scrum Coach / Kanban Coach (social scientist, communication scientist, business educators , Industrial Engineer) or Innovation Manager (m / w / d) as Agile Coach / Lean Startup Facilitator (m / w / d)

• Continuous management of stand-ups and retrospectives of our teams on project or team level
• Conduct design thinking workshops in our innovation studios in Stuttgart or Schwerin or on-site at the customer
• Punctual coaching in agile customer projects and training sessions
• Supporting our agile company through cooperation, team coaching, consulting and training for a learning organization
• Continuously developing our organization, processes and methods

• Degree in social sciences or communication sciences, business education / pedagogy, industrial engineering or comparable education; Alternatively you have already worked as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Lean Manager (Lean Thinking / Lean Startup Manager) or Scrum Coach / Kanban Coach respectively Innovation Manager (m / w / d)
• Several years of practical experience as a coach or facilitator
• Secure knowledge of agile project methods and creative processes (agile, scrum, kanban, design thinking, lean startup); Desirable are certifications in Scrum or Design Thinking or as Product Owner
• Strong analytical and strategic or networked mindset
• A high degree of initiative, flexibility and goal-oriented work
• Customer focus, assertiveness, communication skills in German and English
• Willingness to travel
