Audience Development Manager

• You are responsible for all operational topics covered by our news portals (eg www.allgemeine-zeitung.de) concern.
• You operationally design the product strategy in close cooperation with Strategic Product Management and ensure product functionality and quality.
• You initiate and coordinate all product - related measures of day - to - day business as well as systemic development (requirements management, testings, etc.).
• You work as a product owner in collaboration with internal IT departments and act as an interface to all other departments and departments involved.
• You are focusing your attention on customer needs and engaging intensively with them to be an important driver and supporter of developing news portals.
• You are the portal manager of the VRM subscription shop and, in close coordination with the B2C sale, you are responsible for its functionality, quality and further development.

• You have a degree in media management and several years of experience and knowledge in project and product management in the digital environment.
• You have an excellent analytical and technical understanding, know relevant IT systems (eg Web CMS, Web CRM, Google Analytics, possibly SAP) and bring first experience in the field of user testing, online marketing.
• They are characterized by a very organized, dedicated, independent, reliable and pro-active way of working.
