Business management consultant (m / f / d)

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Responsible negotiation of the remuneration negotiations for the Hamburg framework agreements (e.g. in accordance with Section 78 f of Book VIII of the Social Code, aids for education / inpatient and outpatient) and close cooperation with the specialist speakers, especially in the negotiations of the contractual commissions (e.g. daycare and GBS) < / li>
  • Business management advice on general individual inquiries from members of the association, especially in the areas of ECEC and JH (e.g. their fees or personnel costs) in the various service agreements and fees for our members (SGB VIII § 27 - 42)
  • External representation of the regional association in topic-related committees in Hamburg and working groups at state and federal level
  • Remuneration control in accordance with the applicable state framework agreements
  • Development and maintenance of business tools
  • Determination of performance-based remuneration
  • Advice on founding issues of potential new member organizations

Requirements and expectations

  • Professional experience and extensive knowledge of business administration, in particular in the areas of commercial management, controlling and quality management, knowledge of budget and grant law (LHO) as well as commercial, tax and company law, social law, in particular SGB VIII, SGB IX, SGB XI and SGB XII as well as knowledge of the social assistance benefit and financing system in Hamburg
  • who has a degree in business administration / law / social economics
  • who is confident in independent work,
  • Confidently in conversation with our members and negotiating confidently in the appearance in the social authority and the colleagues of the social associations.
