Tasks and Responsibilities
• Creation and follow-up of standardized and individual offers in the area of our gene synthesis services.
• Support and advice for our customers in the execution of gene synthesis projects.
• Competent and friendly advice from customers on our products and our logistics network - by e-mail and telephone in English and German.
• Solution-oriented processing of complaints.
• Constructive and customer-oriented collaboration with the labs and the sales team.
• Support and representation within the customer support team, among others in the topics of sequencing and next generation sequencing.
• Working under certified and / or accredited conditions.
• Creation and update of SOPs.
Requirements and expectations
• Completed Bachelor / Master studies or PhD in Life Science.
• They have practical experience in the molecular biology sector and are familiar with common methods such as Subcloning, gene libraries, mutagenesis and complex gene synthesis.
• You have good German and English fluency in spoken and written.
• They are customer-oriented and ideally already have experience in contact with customers.
• Experience with in-silico cloning software (for example, SnapGene, VectorNTI, DNAStar) is an advantage.
• The routine use of common office software (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is a matter of course for you.
• They are characterized by a high degree of responsibility and a result-oriented way of working.
