We are an institution under public law and on behalf of the city of Neuwied perform the tasks of sewage disposal, road and cemetery management, maintenance of the dike and municipal services.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for the "Public Services" business area as soon as possible

a division manager m/f/d

full-time. The hiring is initially limited to one year. The aim is to take on an open-ended employment relationship.

• Management and control of the area 2.2.1 traffic safety, cleaning, services and the area 2.2.2 road construction
• Technical responsibility and ensuring proper order processing.
• Attention to the greatest possible effectiveness in order processing
• Control and guidance of human and material resources in compliance with the specifications (budgets)
• Active participation in the cooperation with the city of Neuwied and the city subsidiaries in the planning and implementation of municipal services
• Implementation of the valid statutes for the area of the SBN

• Completed university education and relevant skills or equivalent qualified degree and relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of how to carry out all necessary measures to comply with occupational safety regulations.
• Qualification for motivating leadership with economic guidelines
• High social competence as well as cooperative personnel management combined with contact and team skills and a goal-oriented management style
• Commitment and ability to develop recognized and economically successful municipal service areas
• The readiness for constant personal and professional development
