As a facility manager / facility manager (m / f / d) you are part of the management team at Topgolf Oberhausen and the technical expert of the first Topgolf facility in Germany. You will take over the management of the technical and infrastructural facility management and thus actively shape the success of Topgolf in Europe.
Tasks:
What to expect before Topgolf Oberhausen opens
- Participation in the creation of standards
- Implementation of necessary precautions in the area of occupational safety, fire protection and health protection
- Coordination and scheduling of external service providers
- Installation of new devices
What to expect after the opening of Topgolf Oberhausen
- Ensuring proper operation
- Maintenance and value retention of the system from an economic and ecological point of view
- Ensure all city and federal regulations regarding maintenance
- Ordering, coordination and control of internal and external trades (including cleaning, system technology)
- Optimization of our facility management processes
- Collaboration in the creation and adherence to budgets for maintenance and investment measures
- Contact person for questions about building management
Requirements:
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Facility Management
- Gutes technisches Verständnis und ausgeprägte handwerkliche Fähigkeiten
- Kenntnisse über Wartung und Reparatur mechanischer und elektrischer Geräte
- Starkes unternehmerisches Denken und den Willen Prozesse zu optimieren
- Organisationstalent sowie Fähigkeit Mitarbeiter zu motivieren
- Führungserfahrung und ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz
- Fließend in Deutsch; Englisch in Wort und Schrift
