• After intensive training, the area of ​​responsibility includes the management and expansion of the business area at the Frankfurt am Main location.
 
• As the manager, you are responsible for budget planning and budget control for the business area in coordination with the regional area manager, the business area manager Germany and the commercial manager.
 
• You are actively involved in sales and develop a specific sales strategy for existing customers in the region and as part of the acquisition of new customers. You give the sales team important impulses and goals.
 
• In addition, you are significantly involved in the determination and control of the pricing and conditions policy within the framework of the company guidelines.
 
• You manage approximately 8 employees in a disciplinary and professional manner and are responsible for controlling all relevant personnel issues. You create a positive culture characterized by team spirit, motivation and personal responsibility.
 
• You work proactively on cross-departmental projects and topics, such as cross-service sales and industry sales, and take part in customer events.

 
• Degree in engineering with a focus on medical technology or state-recognized medical technician (m / f / d).
 
• Relevant professional experience in the field of medical technology, gladly as an expert
 
• Entrepreneurial thinking and an understanding of customer needs
 
• First experience in the disciplinary management of employees is desirable as well as the motivation and leadership of well-trained academics
