For our headquarters in Crailsheim, we are looking for an HR Manager / Head of HR (m / w / d) as soon as possible.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Disciplinary leadership and development of a team of 4 employees in Crailsheim.
  • Responsibility and management of operational and strategic HR work at our four locations in Germany.
  • Advising the management and executives on all personnel-related issues such as employment, contract and social security issues.
  • Control of all HR processes, such as: B. Personnel planning, marketing and development as well as pay system, recruiting and health management.
  • Responsible for vocational training in the company.
  • Development and implementation of modern HR concepts and tools.
  • Active accompaniment of change management processes and OE topics.

Requirements and expectations

  • Degree in Economics or Psychology or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management or as HR Business Partner or Senior Human Resources Officer of a manufacturing company with international focus.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law.
  • Very good German language skills and solid English skills.
  • Sovereign personality with high methodological competence and practical experience in change processes and project management.
  • Emphatic and communicative leader with a strong moderation, conflict management and presentation experience and hands-on mentality.
  • Self-responsible, goal-oriented work and personal initiative.
  • Handling MS Office Programs Safely.
