• Holistic support for investors
• Ongoing trustworthy investor support and answering investor inquiries
• Planning and organization of shareholders' meetings, meetings and other events
• Involved in the creation and dispatch of investor-specific reports, quarterly and annual reports
• Market observation and product research regarding the entire product range of open and closed real estate public and real estate special funds
• Creation of high-quality presentations as well as participation in the preparation of new investment products and the creation of presentations

• Successfully completed apprenticeship or degree, preferably with additional real estate management qualifications
• First professional experience in the financial industry
• Very good command of English
• Confident handling of MS Office products as well as CRM portals and digital media
• Good analytical skills, an affinity for numbers and the ability to quickly develop relationships
• Open-mindedness and enjoyment of a job with customer contact as well as a confident demeanor
