The bg Werkstätten gGmbH consists of four training workshops - metal, electronics, wood and tailoring - in which the students of the Free Waldorf School Kassel to be able to undergo technical training in addition to their school education. The training ends with a degree from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce as an industrial mechanic, industrial electrician and bespoke tailor or the Chamber of Crafts as a carpenter.
Depending on the age group, the numbers of new trainees in the workshops differ. There are currently around 120 schoolchildren in total who are being trained on real assignments that are acquired from the regional economic environment. This represents a special challenge for the management, workshop managers and trainers.

For this task we are looking for a motivated, technically experienced and managerial person who is passionate about the (training) education of young people, has a high affinity for the craft, works in a team and would like to design independently.
Tasks:
- Economic management of the workshops:
Finances, budget planning
Controlling, annual financial statements
Liquidity planning
Annual planning with each workshop area - Introducing developments and innovations in the fields of education and training
- Support with customer acquisition in all workshop areas
- Public Relations
- Representation of the bg with parents, contractual partners, foundation companies, chambers, working groups, authorities and schools
- Fundraising
Requirements:
As a basis, we assume that you have acquired experience in at least one of the following areas and that you are committed to familiarizing yourself with the other fields with pleasure:
- Management duties
- Business Administration
- Administrative tasks
- Acquisition / Public Relations
