We are looking for reinforcements for our laboratory team in Frankfurt (Oder)
We - a modern, strongly customer- and quality-oriented medical laboratory with over 150 employees in Frankfurt (Oder) and external locations - have been working for doctors in branches, hospitals and other facilities in Brandenburg for over 30 years. We have received multiple awards as an innovative and successful company and are accredited. Because it is important to us, we have been operating an environmental management system since 2004. Embedded in green landscapes by the river, Frankfurt (Oder) also has a lot to offer culturally.

• Supervision, further development and establishment of laboratory medical examination procedures
• Evaluation of laboratory medical examination results (electrophoresis, special CSF diagnostics, autoimmune diagnostics, general and special laboratory diagnostics, etc.)
• Guide and support of our laboratory staff
• Co-design of pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical processes
• Compliance with operational and legal regulations (QM, ASIG, UM, etc.)
• Employee and sender training

• University degree in the natural sciences (human biology, biology, biomedicine, biochemistry, chemistry)
• Substantiated experience and knowledge of handling laboratory medical analytes and examination methods and devices are desirable
• Basic technical understanding and good computer skills
• good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
• You convince with a structured, independent and precise way of working
• You are motivated, team-oriented and show a high sense of responsibility
