Phorms Education is a supraregional and future-oriented institution in the field of education and upbringing. • You are responsible for the management, organization and further development of the primary school location in Hamburg.
• You control quality assurance and development in relation to primary school and teaching in accordance with the Hamburg education plan.
• You are responsible for compliance with school regulations in accordance with the Hamburg Schools Act.
• You are developing digital learning in elementary school.
• You have management and personnel responsibility for the teachers and the educational staff of the primary school.
• You represent the primary school externally and cooperate with the parents as well as with external partners (gn *).
• You are actively involved in the selection of personnel.
• You work closely with the management, the management team of the site, and the state institutions and supervisory authorities responsible for substitute schools.

• You have a 1st and 2nd state examination for the teaching post at the elementary school or a teaching qualification recognized as comparable in Hamburg as well as several years of experience in teaching practice at the elementary school.
• You are committed and inspire with your vision for outstanding education.
• You have several years of leadership experience in the education sector (ideally both nationally and internationally) and have the ability to motivate and promote highly qualified, international teams.
• You have the ability to promote excellent educational work and have knowledge and experience in the development of curricula and in quality assurance in the field of school development.
• You have a very good knowledge of German and English as well as a particular interest in bilingual education and upbringing.
