MAXIM was founded over 40 years ago and has since developed into one of the leading service providers and producers of private labels in Europe. At 5 locations in Germany, France and Luxembourg, more than 1,300 employees develop and produce almost all body, face, hair and oral care products.

PHARMA Aldenhoven has been an integral part of the Maxim Group since 1997 and is expanding the product range with high-quality over-the-counter medicines and medical devices as well as an extensive product range of various dietary supplements. Around 150 employees responsibly take care of the high quality requirements that are placed on a pharmaceutical company. According to AMG, PHARMA Aldenhoven holds a manufacturing license for liquid and semi-solid dosage forms and is certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and IFS Food.

Product manager (f/m/x)

• Responsible support for the entire product life cycle
• Responsible project management in cooperation with Key Account Management
• Support of the KAM in the preparation and follow-up of customer visits
• Communication interface between the customer, design agencies, suppliers and internal interfaces such as purchasing, laboratory, planning, KAM
• Receiving, processing and responding to all customer inquiries and complaints including internal forwarding and clarification

• You have a successful degree with a focus on marketing/sales or a completed commercial apprenticeship and ideally 1-2 years of professional experience in product management
• You have a confident demeanor and strong communication skills in dealing with contact persons from different hierarchical levels
• You have good knowledge of English
• A high degree of team spirit, motivation and a structured way of working complete your profile
