• Coordinating day-to-day operations in passenger and aircraft handling with ticketing, check-in & amp; Boarding, Operations and Ramp Handling
• Leadership and Workforce Planning
• Budget Planning and Capacity Management
• Quality management and self-auditing to ensure the standards of our airline customers
• Main contact for our customers and partners in the operational area
• Process management and optimization in the field of clearance
• Complaint management
• Training Management

• University degree, preferably in the fields of transport / economics / law or completed aviation-related vocational training
• Several years' professional experience in aviation
• Leadership experience, at least in the position of team leader
• Experience with computer systems for aircraft handling (DCS, Load Control, AODB)
• Negotiable German and English
• Communication skills and social skills
• Open personality with high momentum and leadership
• Strong customer orientation and service readiness
• Stress resistance
