Tasks:
- Coordinating day-to-day operations in passenger and aircraft handling with ticketing, check-in & amp; Boarding, Operations and Ramp Handling
- Leadership and Workforce Planning
- Budget Planning and Capacity Management
- Quality management and self-auditing to ensure the standards of our airline customers
- Main contact for our customers and partners in the operational area
- Process management and optimization in the field of clearance
- Complaint management
- Training Management
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in the fields of transport / economics / law or completed aviation-related vocational training
- Several years' professional experience in aviation
- Leadership experience, at least in the position of team leader
- Experience with computer systems for aircraft handling (DCS, Load Control, AODB)
- Negotiable German and English
- Communication skills and social skills
- Open personality with high momentum and leadership
- Strong customer orientation and service readiness
- Stress resistance
