Карьерные перспективы по завершению программы обучения "International Relations (MIB)"

The aim of the MIB is to qualify graduates for positions of responsibility in international organizations, constitutional bodies, administrative authorities, research institutions, the media and non-governmental organizations. The course achieves this in particular through seminars with a focus on international political fields and the corresponding skills; through special career advice or information events on working for international organizations; as well as through your own professional network beyond your studies. Today, for example, MIB alumni work in the Federal Foreign Office, the Federal Statistical Office, at embassies, political foundations, in research centers, in science or in the private sector - all over the world.

Международный обмен по программе обучения "International Relations (MIB)"

The MIB curriculum enables a stay abroad, ideally in the third semester. A semester abroad is strongly recommended for German students. The numerous partner universities of the KU and, as part of a free mover stay, in principle all universities worldwide are available as destinations. The MIB Examination Board decides on the recognition of academic achievements upon request. The most popular target universities in recent years have included the Catholic University of America, Washington DC, USA, Malmö University, Sweden, Universiteit Leiden, Netherlands and Sogang University, South Korea.

The MIB also offers you a structured international program in cooperation with the Université de Friborg / University of Friborg in Switzerland. The study of international relations can be supplemented by the acquisition of profound knowledge of European integration. The focus is on the history of the integration process, its legal, economic and cultural aspects as well as the expansion of French language skills. In this context, the Université Friborg / University of Freiburg, the only completely bilingual university in Switzerland (French / German), offers a particularly attractive option for a semester abroad as part of the MIB.
