Full-time lawyer with a focus on public law and civil law
in the Law & Corporate Governance department in Berlin Alt-Treptow.

The Law & Corporate Governance department is responsible for all legal matters of the company with the exception of tax law and labor law. The focus of advising the individual company divisions is on private and public commercial law.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Advising all areas of the company on civil law (including construction contracts, property law and insolvency law) and public law issues (including road and traffic law, environmental and waste law, public building law, emission control law)
- Designing, reviewing and negotiating contracts and advising on contract implementation
- Supporting planning approval and development plan procedures
- Supporting the implementation of new legal regulations and administrative regulations
- Further developing sample documents and training materials
- Collaborating on interdisciplinary projects
- Conducting official and judicial proceedings and coordinating external legal advisors
Requirements and expectations
- Above-average exams (1st and 2nd state law exams) and several years of professional experience.
- the willingness to familiarize yourself with complex - legal, economic and technical - issues and new legal areas at short notice.
- very good analytical skills and an independent and solution-oriented way of working.
- the ability to present work results in a way that is appropriate for the target group and to assess their consequences.
