Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Strategic development of content for political and regulatory stakeholders, e.g. studies on the regulatory aspects of RRP, in close coordination with RRP Science & amp; Medical Affairs
  • Creation of RRP trainings for the sales force
  • Independent development of engagement strategies and plans together with Government Affairs
  • Preparation of statements for government authorities in close coordination with the Operations Center (OC) in Lausanne and the local entity
  • Initiation and management of own projects (parliamentary breakfasts, workshops, studies, panel discussions, etc.)
  • Implementation of projects in the health sector under independent stakeholder management as well as development of the corresponding engagement content including regulatory modeling, analysis and review of the publications
  • Management of various engagement projects in coordination with OC Regulatory & amp; Scientific Affairs in the area of ​​risk assessment
  • Development of integrated event and campaign concepts on the subject of Harm Reduction Regulation in close cooperation with Science & amp; Medical Affairs

Requirements and expectations

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of political science, social sciences or similar fields of study
  • Several years of relevant professional experience
  • Deep understanding of econometrics and statistics
  • Understanding of political processes and political decision-making
  • Holistic, strategic mindset and affinity with numbers
  • Diplomatic skills, negotiating skills and strong expressive and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent written and spoken German as well as very good knowledge of English
