Tasks:
As Teamlead / Head of Marketing for Events, you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of our five-person team and steer the target group address of all events in our portfolio. In addition to the coordination of our advertising campaigns and direct mailings, she focuses in particular on the strategic expansion of our digital target group marketing. Here, the application of our events and the development of new target groups via the social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) is a core task. They report directly to the management and, together with three other team heads, manage our day-to-day business. In addition, the following tasks occur:
- Develop digital strategies and content for our conferences to attract participants and sponsors
- Creative development of digital marketing campaigns for events and generation of reach
Briefing and control of agencies and service providers - Media planning with a focus on digital advertisement
- Creation of content and advertising for all digital channels
- Performance responsibility including reporting regarding SEA, SEO, Display, SocialAds, Youtube
- Development of digital business intelligence for campaign evaluation and derivation of optimization measures
- Digital observation & analysis of the market and the competitive situation
Requirements:
- You have a degree in Marketing or Media Economics or some other comparable educational path with a digital media focus and already have first management experience.
- As an expert you have in-depth know-how in campaign design and media planning - especially for all digital topics.
- They bring experience in the strategic development and expansion of digital competence fields.
- With a strong strategic mindset as well as analytical and conceptual skills you will make our team a little bit better.
- You are strong in communication, have assertiveness and a confident manner in conjunction with high commitment and dedication.
- You have very good German and English skills in word and writing.
- As a motivated personality, you bring a strong hands-on mentality, a lot of personal initiative and, of course, humor.
