Faculty of Electrical and Industrial Engineering

The Faculty of Electrical and Industrial Engineering is synonymous with modern, interdisciplinary engineering education and applied research. We are dedicated to the key topics of the future such as Energy, Mobility, Electronic Systems, Health and Logistics. Through degree programmes, further education and lifelong learning courses, we convey a practical understanding of engineering and economics.

At present a total of nine engineering programmes can be studied on either a full-time or part-time basis or through work-based learning. With excellent laboratory facilities and a team of over 30 professors and teaching staff, plus almost 25 additional employees, the Faculty provides an outstanding environment in which to study.

In addition to a practical, scientific education, the Faculty offers extensive opportunities to cooperate with industry - for example through its dual study programmes. We place a great deal of importance on personal support for our students. This support ranges from advisory and placement services for interns and our student career service, to study placements abroad and supervising research and development projects.
