StudyInFocus — a systematic path to universities in Germany and Austria
A German company with experience in education and university admission since 2000. We run your admission as a managed project: our method of 4 stages and 16 steps — from choosing a career to enrolment and relocation.
A German company with 20+ years in university admission
We don't promise a “guaranteed” result and we don't sell dreams. We offer systematic work and experience built up over two decades.
A German company
We are based in Munich — inside the German academic and visa system, not outside it.
20+ years of experience
For more than two decades we have been helping applicants get into universities in Germany and Austria — through every change in rules, formats and requirements.
Experts on the ground
Our team works in Germany: language, documents, visas and communication with universities — first-hand.

Admission as a managed project, not a lottery
We have broken the path to a German university down into 4 stages and 16 steps. Every step has a clear result, so you always know where you stand.
A system, not a lottery
Getting into university is a managed project with a plan, deadlines and a Plan B — not a series of scattered attempts.
Transparency
A clear scope of work and the price up front. Figures on visas and finances come from current official sources.
Support until enrolment
Your personal advisor guides you through all 16 steps — from the first consultation to enrolment (Immatrikulation) and your first steps in the country.
Experience, not names
We talk about expertise and experience rather than individual people: specialists change, but the method, the way we work and the experience we have built up remain. Since 2000 the team has worked in education, teaching and projects for preparation and employment — in different countries and at different levels.
Preparing school students
Selecting and preparing school students for admission — including for corporate scholarship education programmes.
University admission
Admission to universities in Germany and Austria — from inside the German academic and visa system.
Support until enrolment
Documents, language, finances, visa, relocation — we manage the project until your studies actually begin.
Education → career
Project experience along the whole path — from preparing school students to helping graduates find jobs.
International experience since 2000: management, teaching, working with children and teenagers, education and career projects.
