Guarantee+ — admission and studies with a money-back guarantee
Admission and studies through a network of partner universities with a money-back guarantee if you are not admitted or your visa is refused² (under the contract). This is not a Complete programme package — it is a different type of product.
Guarantee+ works through fee-paying partner universities, not public universities. If you want tuition-free public universities, the Complete programme is most likely the better value for you.
- Guaranteed result — admission + studies through our network
- Refund under the contract if you are not admitted or your visa is refused²
- Network of partner universities — fee-paying universities, private Studienkollegs, schools
Guarantee+ is not an “expensive Complete programme”
The Complete programme is our services for admission to a university of your choice (including tuition-free public universities). Guarantee+ is a guaranteed result through our partner network of private universities and schools. These are different things.
¹ Guarantee year (Complete programme/Comfort) and ² money-back guarantee (Guarantee+ only) are different mechanisms — it is important not to confuse them. See details below.
Admission through our network of partner universities
We select a university from our network to suit your profile and see you through to enrollment and the start of your studies — with a guaranteed result under the contract.
Choosing a university from the network
Fee-paying universities, private Studienkollegs and partner schools matched to your profile and goal.
Contract with a guarantee
We set out the terms and the money-back guarantee² in case of non-admission or visa refusal.
We see you through to enrollment
Documents, application, visa and enrollment at the partner university — fully handled.
Start of studies
You start studying at the partner university — the result is guaranteed under the contract.
What exactly is guaranteed
If, under the contract, you are not admitted or your visa is refused, we refund your money in accordance with the contract terms. This is a real result guarantee, available only with Guarantee+.
Refund under the contract if you are not admitted to a partner university or your student visa is refused.
Does not apply to public universities — partner network only (fee-paying universities/schools).
In the Complete programme/Comfort, this is a repeat support cycle at no extra charge, not a refund.
What counts as non-admission and the refund deadlines are set out in the contract.
Partner universities and schools in the network
Fee-paying universities, private Studienkollegs and language schools through which Guarantee+ works. This is not a list of universities “we get you into” in our regular packages — it is the guaranteed-admission network.
These are just some examples of our partners. Specific recommendations and institutions are selected individually to suit your goals. Names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are mentioned as partners in the Guarantee+ network. This is not third-party advertising or an assessment of their services.
We'll work out what is the best value for you
One question — and an honest recommendation. We don't turn anyone away because of their budget: sometimes a tuition-free public university with the Complete programme is the better value.
This is guidance, not a refusal of service — we give our final recommendation in the interview.
About Guarantee+
Let's discuss Guarantee+ for your situation
In the interview we'll assess your profile, select a partner university and give you the price. If a public university is the better option, we'll honestly suggest the Complete programme.
¹ Guarantee year (Complete programme/Comfort). A repeat support cycle at no extra charge for services — under the terms of the contract. It is not a guarantee of enrollment and not a refund.
² Money-back guarantee (Guarantee+ only). Refund under the contract if you are not admitted or your visa is refused; through the partner network, not public universities. The exact terms and deadlines are set out in the contract.
