Faculty of Economics and Management Science

Faculty of Economics and Management Science is currently comprised of 30 university Chairs organized within 14 institutes who teach and work in a wide range of subjects in Management Science and Economics. About 2000 students take part in one of our programs. Interdisciplinary approaches and practically oriented courses are central to our course design. We offer three programs at the Bachelor level and five at the Master level in the fields of

• Economics
• Business Information Systems
• Planning, Engineering and Management
• Business Education and Management Training

Students can also specialize in one of our Master and Research programs and earn a qualified degree. Please visit us in our new faculty building in the Leipzig city center. While studying at our faculty, you are at the heart of our city -- we have been part of the Leipzig's Augustusplatz campus since spring, 2009. Cultural venues, cafés, restaurants, shopping facilities and the city's main train station are all right in our neigborhood. You will love studying and living in Leipzig.
