The Faculty of Applied Social Sciences at Munich University of Applied Sciences stands for quality and innovation in teaching, research, further education and development for various socially and socially relevant tasks and fields of application.
With currently approx. 2200 students in the Bachelor and Master courses, Faculty 11 of the Munich University of Applied Sciences is one of the largest academic institutions in the field of applied social sciences. It is anchored locally and regionally and internationally networked.
The faculty's interdisciplinary team consists of 45 full-time lecturers and around 120 lecturers who have made it their goal to represent their teaching and research areas in a committed and competent manner and to generate knowledge in research, development and publication closely linked with the mediation in training and further education as well as the knowledge transfer in diverse integrations of practice, science, economy and politics.
The Faculty of Applied Social Sciences sees itself as a focal point and impetus for the social design and development of the rapidly changing society and for the development of future-oriented courses in the areas of social work, education and training, health and care, as well as the management of social Innovations.
