During the product management degree, students are encouraged to deal scientifically with socially relevant issues and acquire social skills that strengthen their teamwork, communication and cooperation skills as well as intercultural competence. Therefore, choosing to study product management, contributes to students’ personal development.
Due to the professional and conceptual proximity of digital product managers to the field of UX/UI design, students also explore media, art and cultural theory in the first semesters to participate in current and future discourses that precede the creation of relevant digital content.
What you study
Develop concepts and strategies for digital products, such as web pages, web services or mobile apps. Across six semesters, students who choose to study product management will gain a wide range of in-demand skills and in-depth knowledge from management basics and design thinking to the BA thesis and final project. The bachelor’s degree in digital product management also includes a semester abroad or internship during the fifth semester to further students’ real-world experience and enable them to apply their knowledge in a practical setting.
