The advanced study course in criminology deepens the knowledge acquired in a basic course and, if applicable, during employment. Students usually specialize in a subject area, e.g. juvenile criminal law or international criminology.

The course leads to a second university degree that qualifies them for a profession.

Criminology can also be studied as part of part-time courses.
