Food Technology (undergraduate)

The undergraduate degree subject food technology provides foundational scientific and practical knowledge in biology, chemistry, food production and food law, as well as process engineering. It leads to a first university degree.

The program can also be studied as a dual study program.

Food technology is also available as a distance-learning program.
