Engineering Science

Engineers with interdisciplinary thinking and a broad, methodically scientific foundation in the classical engineering disciplines are guarantors for a progressive and sustainable society. The demand for such engineers is steadily growing worldwide. The bachelor's degree course "Engineering Science" focus on fundamentals and general methods in engineering. The students are introduced to the multifaceted spectrum and diversity of the engineering profession, addressing the core topics: mechanical engineering, process and systems engineering, and electrical and information technology. Through a wide range of basic engineering courses, students are qualified to understand and link different engineering disciplines.
