The course includes the study part Educational Sciences (formerly basic sciences), general elementary school didactics, aesthetic education and three subjects including subject didactics for grades 1-6. Two of the subjects must be mathematics and German, and English, Protestant religion, Catholic religion, art, music, general studies or sport can be chosen as the third subject.
