In the context of realizing the Bologna Process to structure a European Higher Education Area, it is the target of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) to offer a master’s degree as the final achievement of a student’s education. The master’s degree program in Water Science and Engineering offered by the KIT-Department of Civil Engineering, Geo and Environmental Sciences addresses graduates with a bachelor’s degree in an engineering subject such as Civil or Environmental Engineering, Chemical and Process Engineering, Bioengineering or Mechanical Engineering, a bachelor’s degree in natural sciences such as Geoecology, Environmental Sciences or Geosciences or a bachelor’s degree in a field with essentially the same content.
The degree program can be fully completed in English.
