Analyst Real Estate Price Measurement

vdpResearch GmbH is an institute closely related to the banking industry that records, analyzes and forecasts structures and developments on the real estate markets. We are looking for reinforcements at the Berlin location.

You work in the Real Estate Market Analysis team. There, on the basis of very extensive property databases and sophisticated statistical models, the development of property prices in Germany as a whole and by region is quantified. After adequate training, you will gradually take on the following tasks:

• Preparation of current object databases,
• Measurement of property price developments using statistical models as well as maintenance and further development of these models,
• Commentary and presentation of the measurement results internally and externally.

You have in-depth knowledge of statistics and econometrics and can prepare and condense object data. Accordingly, you have practical experience

• in the use of relevant statistics and econometrics programs (e.g. R) and
• in the evaluation of very large object databases

• very good knowledge of German (spoken and written)

We assume that you have completed a university degree in economics and are ready to work in an open team that is focused on current topics.
