Tasks and Responsibilities

The Institute of Laboratory Medicine is responsible for the vast majority of laboratory diagnostics within the hospital and also has responsibilities in research and teaching.

Your task will be to support the special analysis department of the institute. The focus is on chromatographic analysis and mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS). These innovative techniques are used in patient care, especially in the area of drug analysis (therapeutic drug monitoring), as well as research-related for the establishment and further development of the diagnosis of small molecules in blood and body fluids.

Requirements and expectations

  • Bachelor's degree (m / w / d) in Biomedicine, Biotechnology, Bioengineering or Training as Technical Assistant (MTLA, CTA) (m / w / d) or equivalent qualification
  • Practical experience in mass spectrometric analysis (especially LC-MS / MS) desirable
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly
  • High social competence, motivation, team spirit and enthusiasm
  • German as mother tongue or at least C1 level
