Bionic Production GmbH was founded in 2015 by former employees of the renowned Laser Zentrum Nord in Hamburg. The move to Lüneburg took place at the beginning of 2018 and in August 2019 Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA) became the majority shareholder. Bionic Production uses the disruptive approach of bionic 3D printing for digital product and supply chain transformation. • Construction and design in CAD environment NX, SolidWorks and others
• Implementation of new and change designs as well as creation of production-ready drawings and parts lists
• Functional analysis of complex components and assemblies
• Bionic solution analysis and functional abstraction
• Re-design / engineering of existing technical solutions
• Test setups and optimization
• FEM simulation, topology optimization and lightweight engineering
• Construction job data preparation (Magics, Siemens NX)
• Activities in the context of work preparation for production

• Successfully completed bionics, mechanical engineering or comparable degree
• First professional experience in the field of bionics
• Very good CAD knowledge in NX / SolidWorks
• Knowledge of creating technical drawings
• Experience with automotive and aerospace certifications desirable
• Structured, conscientious and result-oriented way of working
• Good technical understanding
• Excellent analytical skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
