• You are responsible for the organization, support and design as well as the professional implementation of HR processes.
• You advise executives and work trustfully with works council bodies.
• You formulate and negotiate company agreements and work instructions.
• You deal with issues relating to compensation and labor law.
• You create HR documents such as employment contracts, warnings or terminations and, if necessary, HR analyzes of any kind.
• With the support of the HR administrators, you work on issues relating to time management and certification and are the contact person for the external accounting service provider.

• You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on personnel and human resources, ideally in business administration, economics, business psychology, or similar.
• You have already gained initial work experience in a comparable position, ideally in a dynamic corporate environment.
• You have in-depth knowledge of German labor and social security law.
• You have experience in working with works council bodies and very good knowledge of individual and collective labor law.
• You are well versed in using MS Office and SAP HR.
• You have a very good command of both written and spoken German and English and are ready for business trips within Germany.
