To strengthen our quality department, we are looking for a

Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

• Responsibility for final inspections, in-process controls, incoming goods quality and reliability and accuracy of data in Oracle E1.
• Development of quality practices, documentation and test procedures for products, processes and factories.
• Ensuring effective quality standards through problem analysis, troubleshooting and process training.
• Management of improvement projects, validation activities for processes, procedures and products.
• Management of complaints, laboratory equipment/measurement devices, quality-related changes and support with risk management and audits

• Relevant laboratory experience as a chemical laboratory technician or chemical engineer or bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or process engineering
• Preferably more than 3 years of professional experience in a chemical laboratory, experience in quality management is an advantage
• Carrying out analyses according to defined test procedures when releasing raw materials and finished products
• Good analytical skills, flexibility, ability to innovate and initiative
• We require fluent German and English skills
• Confident MS Office skills are also required
• Good communication and teamwork skills round off your profile
