• You are responsible for the implementation and monitoring of KVG construction projects in track, road and civil engineering in phases 6 - 9 of the HOAI.
• You are responsible for the implementation of complex construction projects in cooperation with a qualified construction site team.
• With the help of your organizational and delegation strength, you will confidently coordinate and take responsibility for the implementation, factual and deadline goals.
• You are also involved in the tendering, implementation, billing and documentation of measures.
• As a construction manager, you take on the management of construction projects and control internal coordination and communication with public authorities and construction companies.

• You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering with a focus on civil engineering (BA). A technical reference to the topic of transport / traffic systems is also desirable.
• You have already been able to gain your first professional experience in the field of track construction, civil engineering or road construction and put the knowledge and skills you acquired during your studies to the test.
• You have a good knowledge of VOB, public procurement law, ideally BOStrab and RSTO.
• Confident handling of the Office applications is a matter of course for you and ideally you have experience in tendering, awarding and accounting programs or in project management software.
• You are extremely communicative and have a high level of organizational skills.
• Your way of working is goal and planning-oriented and helps you to achieve reliable work results even in time-critical projects.
• Team-oriented work is important to you and is supported by your good delegation skills.
• You keep control and an overview of the respective project status and are committed to a successful cooperation.
