• You are responsible for the structured analysis, evaluation and optimization of the online and face-to-face training courses in our training portfolio.
• With a focus on presentation and media training, you will coach our nationwide, freelance moderators with a medical background with passion.
• In your responsible interface position, you actively control the exchange between moderators and the areas of marketing, didactics and other partners with your open and communicative nature.
• Your tasks also include recruiting new moderators, including supervising the application process and the subsequent coordination of induction.
• In addition, you will plan and moderate annual moderator conferences and accompany face-to-face/online training.

• Several years of professional experience in the field of training/coaching with a focus on presentation and/or media training (online and in person) is of great importance to us.
• Solid basic knowledge in the field of didactics and e-learning round off your profile.
• You are the driving force and at the same time the initiator who enjoys working independently and in a result-oriented manner.
• Your open-minded and empathetic demeanor makes you the perfect networker, and you also have experience in designing and conducting analogue and digital training courses.
• A willingness to travel and stay overnight within Germany (approx. 50% of the working time) and a car driver's license are prerequisites.
• Experience in the field of wound care is not required, but openness and interest in the topic of wound care is.
